Erik manages the internal investment committee, which helps evaluate and formulate investment recommendations for clients and manages the firm’s day-to-day operations. Prior to IBN, Erik worked at Bank of America Investments and Prudential Securities; he provided advice for large institutions in the design and implementation of customized portfolios. Erik obtained his degree from California State University of Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with an emphasis in Economics.
David oversees direction of IBN. Since 2011 David has restructured proceeds of numerous tax-exempt revenue bond issues in accordance with the Tax Reform Act of 1986. He has helped recapture millions of dollars in negative arbitrage for clients nationwide. David graduated from Northern Kentucky University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics in 1979; he went on to get his MBA from the University of Dayton. He successfully completed the CPA exam in 1983.
Dellon is based out of IBN’s corporate headquarters in California. He graduated from the University of Channel Islands in 2013 with a degree is Business. He has Series 7, 63, and 50 certifications and specializes in client relationship management.
Prior to joining IBN, Patrick was a Senior Vice President and manager of the municipal securities department within Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM), a unit of Fidelity Investments. As the manager, Mr. Sweeney was responsible for managing the municipal fixed income trading and underwriting desks, as well as, overseeing risk for the municipal department.Patrick began his career in municipals at Merrill Lynch in Boston from 1983 to 1987.He recently was a Board member at the MSRB.Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.His interests include tennis, hiking and hanging out with this wife Janet and their 3 children, Peter 23, Christopher 21, Lauren 18.
Dean is an experienced fixed income trader based in Washington. He has over 20 years’ experience and has passed the Series 6, 7, 8, 24, 52, 53, and 63 examinations.
Marty is an experienced trader who started his career in the finance industry in 1985. He has since worked with firms such as Raymond James and Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Marty works from Colorado and enjoys spending time traveling and with his children all over the United States.

Andy has over 25 years experience in public finance. He has both a BS and MBA from USC. Prior to joining IBN he worked with First Interstate Bank, Union Bank and Deutsche Bank. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children.
